Buyer Info
When assisting you in the purchase and negotiation process, I work as your Buyer's Agent to represent your exclusive interests as a buyer. By choosing to work with me and our Windermere Real Estate team, your interests will be professionally represented through the entire buying process - from first showing through all negotiations, mortgage & escrow guidance, inspection or builder interaction, final walk-thru and closing.
I only receive compensation at the closing of a sale if I write the Purchase and Sales Agreement for your new home. Should you drop in at an Open House, visit or register online at a new construction community, you will need to list me as your agent on your first contact when asked to sign in to assure my compensation on the purchase of your new home or condominium.
I have over 20 years of experience as a REALTOR® on both the east and west coasts. I hold the prestigious CRS designation and am a member of the Seattle Condominium Network. Having successfully sold hundreds and hundreds of condomimiums, I welcome the opportunity to assist you in the purchase your new home.
Our goal is to make your home purchasing experience Enjoyable, Successful and Profitable
Sincerely,
Anna Novikoff
